Pop-up business school

The pop-up business school was really successful in Westminster in July at supporting people into self-employment. Perhaps a partnership in RBKC with local Housing Associations might also work? Providing longer-term holistic programmes that encompass healthy living, personal development, volunteering, training and work could provide better opportunities for those who are long-term unemployed. Specialist in-work support to help people get \’better jobs\’ (self-defined) that take them out of in-work poverty/help communities to thrive. Perhaps with local grants-giving organisations to fund qualifications, or working alongside employers. This is currently lacking and there is no proven framework to show what works, so needs to be explored.
